We are tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. We saw Himalaya Narayanadri and liked the 3 BHK configuration which is 1295 Sq.ft. The price point around 93.96 Lakh is at the higher end of our budget, but the builder, Himalaya Constructions Hyderabad, has good reviews for quality. The location in Osman Nagar is developing, and it's close to Citizens Specialty Hospital which is convenient. A minor concern is the dust from the ongoing construction in the area, which is expected at this stage. We are looking forward to the completion in January 2027 and moving into our own home.
