Finding a home near good schools was our top priority, and Himalaya Heights fits the bill perfectly with Podar International School and Podar Prep Anand nearby. We opted for a 3 BHK, which is quite large, around 1520 square feet, plenty of space for the kids to play inside too. The children's play area outside is also a good addition. We've seen the hockey ground and the landscaping, looks nice. The 100 Ring Road location is a bit busy, and sometimes the traffic can be a concern, but being close to IRIS HOSPITAL is a major plus. Overall, the Himalaya Group has provided a good living environment.
