The Himagiri Group included a children's play area and a park which is great for future kids. The price is around 98.72 Lakh to 1.3 Crore, which fits our budget after saving up. It is a gated community with good security. The only small concern is that the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during dry weather, but overall we are happy.
