We visited Hills Extension 1 because it's so close to Parivarthana School & College, literally nearby. That's a huge relief for us. The plots are residential, and we're looking at something around the 104 Sq.ft size for now, maybe to build later. It being Ready to Move is also good. The government hospital being nearby is a bonus for emergencies. My only worry is the Mysore-Bangalore Road traffic; it can get quite busy, and I'm not sure how that will affect daily school runs. Other than that, Ahad BuildePvt Ltd seems to have picked a solid spot for families.

As a government employee, I value stability and good location. Hills Extension 1 by Ahad BuildePvt Ltd in Srirangapatna offeresidential plots, and I am looking at the 1492 Sq.ft size. The location right on the Mysore-Bangalore Road is a major advantage for connectivity. It's also great that Parivarthana School & College and the Government Hospital are practically at nearby distance, making it very convenient. The project is Ready to Move, although the final completion is March 2026. My primary reservation is the lack of specific pricing information; it makes it difficult to assess the value for money, especially for government salaries. Ahad BuildePvt Ltd needs to be more transparent about costs.

I saw plots starting from 104 Sq.ft. It's listed as Ready to Move, but the completion date is March 2026. The main issue for me is the access road; it's not directly on the highway, and I noticed some dust from the ongoing construction nearby, which might be a problem. The proximity to Kengal Koppalu Bus Stop is a plus for public transport options. Overall, it’s a decent option, but the dust is a definite concern.

I'm buying a plot in Hills Extension 1 for my parents who live in Mandya. Ahad BuildePvt Ltd has developed this project in Srirangapatna. The location near Mysore-Bangalore Road is convenient for them to access. They will be looking at a plot around 1492 Sq.ft. It’s great that it’s Ready to Move, although the final completion is listed for March 2026. They are quite close to Parivarthana School & College and the Government Hospital, which is reassuring. The main concern for me is the distance from the main city when they need to visit relatives. I hope Ahad BuildePvt Ltd has good local infrastructure planned around the plots.
