I'm buying a 2 BHK apartment in High9 for my parents who live in Hyderabad. I am based abroad, so reliability of the developer, Anvita Group, was very important. Tellapur is a developing area, and it's good that it's close to Citizens Specialty Hospital, which is nearby. The 1355 sq.ft size should be comfortable for them. I appreciate the inclusion of 24/7 security with CCTV and solar fencing. The price range of 74.46 Lakh onwards is what I expected. The only concern is the completion date of November 2028; it feels a bit far off, but hopefully, they will deliver on time.
