Shree Balaji Constructions provided a ready to move unit, which saved me a lot of stress. I really appreciate having the Nirmala E. M High school nearby as my grandchildren visit often and enjoy the locality. The building is equipped with a lift, which makes it very comfortable for me to get around. It is not a huge complex, but that is exactly what I was looking for. No unnecessary noise and the neighboare quite polite. It is a decent, simple life here.

Shree Balaji Constructions has delivered a decent building in Chinakakani. The proximity to the N. T. R Bus Station is a big help for us when we need to commute. However, the road leading up to the main entrance can get a bit dusty during the evenings, which is a minor annoyance. Otherwise, the flat is well ventilated, and we are looking forward to moving in next month.
