ColouIndian School is nearby, which is manageable. Hi Tech Housing And Properties offeplots that are ready to move. The Children's Play Area is a definite plus for the kids. We also appreciate the 24X7 Water Supply. My only reservation is the lack of immediate OC receipt, which creates some uncertainty for future plans, though the project is ready. Overall, it's a good environment for families.

I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to some other plots I looked at, but the readiness and amenities convinced me. It feels good to own land now.
