We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Hyderabad and stumbled upon Hi Tech Homes. The 1640 square feet 3 BHK felt quite spacious for the two of us, and it was a relief to not have to wait for construction. The price point was a bit high, around 87 Lakhs, but given it's ready and in North Hyderabad, we felt it was justified. The proximity to NH 65 is excellent for our commutes to work. We are happy with the initial setup, though the parking area seems a bit congested when multiple caare present. Overall, a good experience so far with Hi Tech Projects.
