This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Hi Living Serenity. The size is about 950 Sq.ft, which seems good for a start. I chose this because it's ready to move and the developer, Hi Living Projects LLP P, has a decent reputation. The location in Madhavaram is developing nicely. I liked the idea of a reflexology park and the indoor games facilities. The price for the 2 BHK was around 75 Lakhs, which fits my budget. I am a bit concerned about the dust from nearby ongoing construction, but I am hopeful it will settle down once things are completed. Overall, a good beginning.
