The built-up area of 782 square feet is perfect for us. The price point, around 18-20 Lakh, fit our budget after considering a home loan. The location in New Olari, Ayyanthole is convenient, being close to Santhi Lane and the main highway, State Highway 75. We liked that the project is ready to move in. The 24x7 security is reassuring. My only concern is the parking. It seems a bit congested, and finding adequate space for our two-wheeler and car might be a challenge on busy evenings. Overall, the value seems good for the price.
