It's conveniently located on Anna Main Road, very close to CIPACA Healthcare Services, which is perfect for my commute. I've seen a 950 Sq.ft 2 BHK which is a decent size, and the price range of 45.5 Lakh to 57.65 Lakh fit my budget. The project was completed in July 2016 and is ready for immediate occupancy. I appreciate the inclusion of a lift and Vastu compliant design. The only slight drawback is the distance to the Airport Metro Station at nearby, which could be a bit far for frequent travel, but for daily needs, it's fine.

Hexa Buildeensured the project was completed by July 2016. The provision for 24x7 security and a lift is reassuring. However, I must mention that the distance to Porur is over nearby, and getting to the Airport Metro Station takes almost nearby, which is quite a distance for daily commutes if needed. The overall construction quality seems okay for the price paid.
