We are considering Hetdiv The Opus for our family. The proximity to AIS School and Shalby Hospitals is a major plus, being only 0.3 miles away. My kids will be able to walk to school easily. We are looking at the 5 BHK apartments, which are quite large at 5290 square feet. It’s still under construction, scheduled for completion in December 2028. The amenities like the community hall and flower garden are great for families. The only drawback is that the roads around Bodakdev can get quite busy, and I'm worried about the dust from construction affecting the air quality for a while. The centralized VRV system for cooling is a nice feature, though.
