The proximity to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya was a primary reason, along with the nearby Haridwar Main road for our daily needs. The children's play area and the general landscaping are well-maintained, providing a safe space for the kids. The availability of a park and garden within the complex is also a great benefit. The price range of 17.95 L to 41.82 L covevarious plot sizes. My only reservation is that the parking situation might become a bit tight once more families move in, especially with larger vehicles.

The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good, although we haven't used the spa much. The 75% open space is a big draw, making it feel less crowded. My only concern is the traffic on the Roorkee-Haridwar road during peak houcan be quite heavy, affecting our commute sometimes. Still, the potential for growth here is significant.

The 24/7 security is a major comfort factor for me living alone. The landscaping and tree planting have made the area look very green and pleasant. However, the approach road to the project itself is a bit narrow and could be better maintained, which is something to consider.

While the Olympic size swimming pool looks grand, I peonally prefer the smaller children's play area for visiting grandchildren. The proximity to Niramaya Kendra for medical needs is a huge relief. My only minor gripe is that the club house facilities could be a bit more modern.

The open space percentage, around 75%, is quite impressive and offea good environment. The maintenance staff is available 24/7, which provides a sense of security. The only slight drawback is the road leading to the main entrance can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's manageable.
