The price of 71.53 Lakh was a significant investment, but the spacious layout was appealing. The proximity to Marathahalli, which is just 1.86 kilometeaway, is useful for business errands. The cycling and jogging track is a good way to de-stress. Thomas has provided basic amenities like 24/7 security and power backup. The main drawback is the distance to the Seetharam Palya Metro Station, which is over 7 kilometeaway, making public transport less convenient for daily commutes.

The proximity to Gopalan National School, being just 0 kilometeaway, is incredibly convenient for the children.
