I purchased a 4 BHK apartment in Heritage One for my parents who are living in Gurgaon. They wanted a comfortable and secure place with good amenities. The built-up area is quite large, between 2390 Sq.ft to 2527 Sq.ft, so they have plenty of room. The proximity to Artemis Health Institute, nearby, gives me peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look very green and pleasant. My parents particularly enjoy the spa and the quiet environment. After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, and Heritage One seemed like a good option. The project is ready to move, and I appreciate the Floral Spiral Tower Design; it looks quite unique. I live in a 3 BHK apartment, 1890 Sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for me. The gymnasium and the swimming pool are great for staying active. Being on Golf Coue Extension Road means good connectivity, but the noise from the road can be noticeable sometimes, especially during the day. However, the community has a good ambiance overall, and the fire fighting system provides an extra layer of safety.

Moving from a rental flat felt like a big step, but Heritage One made it worthwhile. We chose a 3 BHK unit, around 2100 Sq.ft, and it’s a huge upgrade. The apartment has great natural light and the built-up area gives us plenty of space. Having a grocery shop within the complex is super convenient for daily needs. The gym is also well-equipped. The Sector 55-56 Metro Station is nearby, making commuting manageable. One thing is the Wi-Fi connection can be a bit spotty sometimes, but it’s not a dealbreaker. We finally moved into Heritage One last month. The location in Sector 62, Gurgaon is quite convenient, especially with Presidium Primary School nearby. My kids love the swimming pool and the ample green spaces for playing. We got a 3 BHK which is 1890 Sq.ft and feels spacious enough for the three of us. The club house is large, around 1500sqft, and has a table tennis room which is fun. My only small worry is the traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, it’s a good place for a family. The community seems quite settled now.

The price range of 3.94 Crore to 5.26 Crore is competitive for this Gurgaon location. While the project was completed in June 2010, the construction quality still holds up. The panoramic corner units are a unique selling point. I'm hoping for good rental yield in the coming yeaThe amenities like the gym and amphitheater add to the property's appeal for tenants.
