It's a ready-to-move property, which suited my immediate needs. The location in Hajaripahad, Seminary Hills is reasonably connected, though it can be a bit dusty during construction periods nearby. The amenities like closed car parking are helpful. The flat layout is practical for a single peon. I am still settling in, but the overall experience has been okay so far. The nearby LAD Square Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit far but manageable.
