Moving to Kochi for work meant finding a convenient and well-connected place. Heera Wateis very close to VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL, only nearby, which is perfect for my commute. The 4 BHK apartment at 1950 sq.ft is ample space for my family. It's a ready to move in property, which saved us a lot of hassle. The area has good landscaping and they have a system for rain water harvesting. My only minor concern is that the car parking area feels a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Still, the proximity to the hospital is a major win.
