I bought a villa at Heavenly Villas in Kochi, looking for a property with good connectivity. The project's proximity to Chittor Road and ICT Road, both nearby, is excellent for business commutes. The 2350 Sq.ft built up area for the 3 BHK villa provides ample space. It's ready to move, which means I could shift in immediately. The price starting at 1.12 Crore is substantial but justifiable for the location and size. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained and are good for unwinding. Heavenly Homes has put in good landscaping. My only reservation is that sometimes the noise from the nearby main roads can be noticeable, despite being inside a gated community.

The 3 BHK villa configuration is spacious at 2350 Sq.ft. Being ready to move is a huge plus, no waiting period. The budget of 1.12 Crore onwards was within my approved loan limit. The fire sprinkleand 24x7 water supply are good safety and convenience features. However, the traffic on Chittor Road and ICT Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, being right on them. It’s a gated community which adds to the security. The landscaping looks well-maintained. Overall a solid choice for a family home.
