I got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 900 Sq.ft for approximately 34 Lakh. The availability of a club house and multipurpose room are good for residents. Power backup is crucial, and they provide it. My only minor issue is that the parking can be a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle. Still, for the price and location, it’s a decent buy.
