The Vastu compliant design was important to us, and the project by HCBS Promote& DevelopePvt. Ltd. Seemed to fit that requirement. We considered the 2 BHK units, which have carpet areas up to 641 square feet. The inclusion of a children's play area and a swimming pool is good for visiting grandchildren. The price for our unit was around 75 Lakh. The connectivity to Dwarka Expressway is decent, but the distance to NH-8 (8.3 KM) means it's not the quickest access to major highways. Maintenance costs will be something to watch closely.
