I purchased a 3.5 BHK apartment in Hawelia Valenova Park, spanning between 1520 sq.ft and 1870 sq.ft. The price was in the upper range, about 1.7 Crore for the larger units, but the quality seems decent. It's a ready to move project by Hawelia Group. The location in Noida Extension is decent, though reaching the Noida Sector 51 Metro Station is a bit of a journey at over nearby. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good facilities to have. However, I noticed some dust around the site due to ongoing construction in nearby plots. It's not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.

We selected Hawelia Valenova Park primarily for its location. Having Ryan International School and Yatharth Hospital practically at our dootep (0 KM) was incredibly convenient. We opted for a 3 BHK apartment of 1470 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for our children. The price point of around 1.4 Crore was acceptable. It's good that the project is ready to move. The natural pond and ample landscaping make it a pleasant environment for kids to play. Fire fighting systems are in place, which gives us peace of mind. The only slight drawback is the distance to the metro station, which is a bit far for daily commute.

It's located in Techzone IV, Noida Extension, and it’s good that the Delhi - Meerut Expressway is only a 5-minute drive away, making commutes easier. The price was around 1.1 Crore, which felt reasonable for the features. The only thing that could be better is the car parking arrangement; it feels a bit cramped when visiting guests arrive.
