I recently moved into my 2 BHK apartment at Haven Radhakrishna Enclave. It’s ready to move, which was perfect for me as I needed to settle in quickly. The carpet area is about 890 sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for one peon. The location in Ramanathapuram is quite convenient, with easy access to Trichy Road for my daily commute to work. It’s also reassuring to know that GEM Hospital Coimbatore is nearby. My main concern is the noise from the nearby road traffic, especially during the day. Apart from that, the apartment is well-designed and the developer, Haven Foundations, seems to have maintained decent construction quality. I feel safe here with the police station bus stop nearby.

Finding a home close to good schools was our top priority, and Haven Radhakrishna Enclave is very convenient in that regard, being near BVM Global School. We got a 3 BHK apartment, and the space is adequate for our family. The carpet area for our 3 BHK is about 950 sq.ft. It's nice that it's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long. The proximity to GEM Hospital is also a plus for us, as it offepeace of mind. One thing we’ve noticed is that the area can get a little dusty during construction phases nearby, but that’s common in developing localities. Haven Foundations seems to be a reliable developer.
