We bought a 2 BHK apartment in Haven Arya, which has a carpet area ranging from 946 to 1140 square feet. It is located in Madipakkam, Chennai South. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital - Radial Road (2.8 km) was a key factor for us. The price for our unit was around 58 Lakhs. We appreciate the fire protection and safety systems in place. The landscaping looks neat. One minor issue is the traffic congestion during peak houon the main roads leading to Madipakkam. Power backup is available, which is good. Haven Foundations completed the project by January 2019.
