We were looking for a ready to move flat and Hasmukh Kantilal Dave Dev Ananta seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK carpet area is 673 square feet which is decent for us. My partner liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. It feels quite peaceful. The location in Ruva Part is okay, close enough to Bhavnagar city for essentials. We are a bit worried about the traffic noise though, as it’s quite near the main road. Still, the 24x7 security is a big plus for us. We are hoping the construction quality holds up well over the yeaIt’s a nice place overall, just need to get used to the road sounds.
