After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own place in Udupi and zeroed in on Hahavardhan Apartments. Being teache, we appreciated the proximity to Vidyodaya Public School, it's less than a kilometer away, which will make our commute so much easier. The Adaha Hospital is also very close, which is reassuring. The flat we saw felt spacious enough for our growing family, and the ready-to-move status was a huge plus. The area is developing nicely. One minor issue we noticed was the traffic noise from the nearby highways, especially during peak hou, but we are hoping to get used to it. Vishwas Property DevelopeUdupi seems to have delivered a solid product.

It’s extremely close to the Udupi-Manipal Highway and the Udupi-Agumbe Highway, making my daily commute to work much shorter. The Sharada Mantap Bus Stand being nearby is also great for when I need to travel further. The apartment felt secure, and the Vishwas Property DevelopeUdupi team was helpful during the site visit. My only real concern is the parking situation. It seems a bit cramped, and I worry about finding space if I have guests over. Apart from that, it feels like a good, practical choice for a single peon.
