Finally moved into my 2 BHK at Hah Green Park Residency. The size is good, 736 square feet carpet area feels quite spacious for my family. Being ready to move was a huge plus as I didn't want to wait for construction. The power backup is essential for me, especially during monsoon season when power cuts are frequent. Location on Gopalwadi Road is okay, a bit far from the main city hustle but that's what I wanted. It's reasonably close to National Highway 65, which is convenient for my occasional travel. The fire sprinkleare a good safety feature that Hah Buildcon has included. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live and the flat is comfortable.

I chose a 2 BHK with a 736 square feet carpet area. The project being ready to move in December 2023 was perfect for my relocation timeline. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are standard but reliable features offered by Hah Buildcon. The Daund Main ST Stand Bus Stop is also very close, at just 2 minutes, which is helpful. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes, given its proximity to the main road.

The 24x7 water supply and power backup are functional. The nearby St. Sebastian High School & Junior College, just a 6-minute drive, is convenient for families. However, the access road to the project could be better maintained; it's a bit narrow and can get muddy after rains. The location in Daund, while peaceful, is quite far from Pune's IT corridor.
