We were looking for a peaceful place after retirement and settled on a 1 BHK in Hah Green Park Residency. The carpet area is about 405 sq.ft, which is perfectly adequate for my wife and me. The developer, Hah Buildcon Pune, has emphasized Landscaping & Tree Planting and Water Conservation, which creates a pleasant environment. Having a Gated Community with 24X7 Water Supply and a Sewage Treatment Plant is reassuring. The nearby schools and hospitals are a definite plus for any residents. The only minor issue is the road access; you have to navigate through Gopalwadi Road which isn't the widest. Construction is underway, and it's expected to be completed by December 2025. The closed car parking is also a welcome feature.
