The price of around 63 Lakh felt manageable for a fit-time buyer like myself, especially in Vadodara. The location in Gotri is quite promising, and it's good that there's a gazebo and a yoga/meditation area for relaxing. I visited the site and the construction seems to be progressing steadily, although completion is still a few yeaaway in December 2030. My main worry is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but I was told they try to manage it. Overall, I feel good about this decision.
