After yeaof working, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Harmony Bhagyam by Harmony Residences Pvt. Ltd. In Krishna Nagar seemed like a good fit. The Vastu compliant design appealed to my sense of order. I particularly appreciated the Serene Terrace Garden and the Reflexology Park, which are great for relaxation. The 3 BHK configuration is a bit larger than I strictly need, but the 1205 square feet built-up area offecomfort. The price of 1.08 Crore onwards is reasonable for a ready-to-move flat in Chennai. My only minor worry is the distance to the Chromepet Railway Station, which is about 4.5 kilomete
