I bought a 1 BHK builder floor, which is 550 square feet, for about 19.8 Lakhs. The developer, Hark Infratech DevelopePvt Ltd, seems quite established. I liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 water supply and a security cabin. The location in Hanuman Vihar, Baraula is okay, and it's close to the Noida Sector 76 Metro Station, which is a plus. The price felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. I did notice that parking space looked a bit tight, especially if many residents have caHowever, the overall feeling of safety and the basic amenities are good for my needs.
