It is ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we needed to shift quickly. The location in Surapet is quite convenient, not too far from the main roads like SH 205. The price range also fit our budget, we paid around 50 Lakh for our flat. My only small worry is the road leading to the apartment can get a bit busy during peak hou, but inside the community it feels peaceful.
