The 2 BHK apartments are sized between 630 and 651 square feet, which is enough for just the two of us. Being near VIBRANT MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL gives us some peace of mind for emergencies. Hari Om Enterprise Valsad seems to be keeping the construction site tidy for now. We are hoping the common areas are maintained well after possession. It is a decent choice for anyone looking to settle down in a calm neighborhood.

The location in Chala is excellent because I can reach my office quickly using NH 8. The developer Hari Om Enterprise Valsad is including a fire fighting system and electrical meter room as part of the plan. While the amenities are not extravagant, they are functional and necessary. The only thing is that the area gets quite busy during peak hounear the main road. I am hopeful that the project is finished on time by December 2026 as planned.
