We needed a place in Nashik that offered good connectivity for my business operations and Hari Gokuldham fit the bill. Being a short distance Nashik Road and Jail Road is very advantageous for transport. The 2 BHK apartments are spacious at 862 sq.ft, offering good built-up space for a family. The price range, from 20.61 Lakh to 28.02 Lakh, is competitive for ready-to-move properties in the area. The video door phone security in each flat adds an extra layer of safety, which is reassuring. One small issue we encountered is the dust from nearby construction, which is unavoidable at times but hopefully temporary. The gazebo and flower gardens are nice communal spaces.

This is my fit home purchase, and I was a bit nervous, but Hari Gokuldham made it easier. I chose a 1 BHK flat which is 634 sq.ft and the price was around 20.61 Lakh, fitting my initial budget perfectly. It's ready to move in, which was a priority for me. The developer, KBC GLOBAL LTD. D., seems to have thought of basic needs; there's a children's play area and lifts are available. Clifford International School being a short distance is great for future planning. I do wish there was a bit more natural light in the main living area, it felt a little dim during my visit. Overall, it seems like a decent start for a fit-time buyer.

Moving to Nashik for work, this place in Eklahare seemed quite convenient. It's only about a 5-minute drive to Nashik Road and Jail Road, which is perfect for getting around quickly. Raddiant Plus Hospital is also very close, which is a significant plus for my professional. I looked at a 2 BHK, which has a built-up area of 862 sq.ft. The price point of around 28.02 Lakh was within my budget. It’s ready to move in, so that saves a lot of hassle. The cycling and jogging track is a nice touch for staying active. My only minor concern is the traffic noise from the nearby roads sometimes, especially during peak hou, but it's manageable.

It feels very Vastu compliant. I bought a 1 BHK flat, which is 634 sq.ft. The location in Eklahare is quieter than the main city but still accessible. Nashik Road is just a 5-minute drive away. The price of 20.61 Lakh for the 1 BHK was very reasonable for a ready-to-move property. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex give it a pleasant feel. The only drawback I've noticed is that the parking area can get a bit congested if many residents park their vehicles.
