We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own home. Hari Aadhini seemed like a good option. We looked at the 2 BHK apartments which are 926 Sq.ft built up. The layout feels spacious enough for us. The location on 4th Cross Road, Balasubramaniyam Road in Saibaba Colony is quite nice. It’s convenient to get to school; Lisieux Matriculation HSS is less than nearby. The price for our 2 BHK was around 70 Lakhs. The builder, Hari Sudhahana Infrastructure, provided basic amenities like closed car parking and a lift. The only thing we are a bit concerned about is the lack of OC received, but we are hoping it gets sorted soon.

The location in Saibaba Colony is decent, and it was ready to move in. Hari Sudhahana Infrastructure included a children's play area, which is a nice touch even though I don't have kids yet. The building has lifts and car parking. However, I found the room sizes to be a bit smaller than I expected, especially the bedrooms. I hope this doesn't become an issue later.
