This makes commuting much easier. We looked at a 1250 Sq.ft 3 BHK builder floor which felt spacious enough for our family. The price range of 60.0 Lakh to 89.99 Lakh seemed reasonable given the area and the fact that it's ready to move in. We did notice some construction dust around the building which is expected since it's a new completion. Overall, it’s a good option for immediate occupancy.

What really sold us was the location – it’s literally a short distance Shreya Hospital and a short distance major roads like NH 9 and the Delhi Meerut Expressway. This makes getting around Ghaziabad very quick. The price was a bit on the higher side for us, the unit we liked was close to 85 Lakh, but it is ready to move in which was a priority. The builder, Hardik Property, seems reliable. Parking could be a bit tight for visito, but for our own car, it’s fine. We are happy with the purchase so far.

The developer, Hardik Property, seems to have completed the project by January 2024, which is good. The only slight concern is the traffic noise from the nearby main roads, but it’s manageable.
