Being single, I wanted something secure and convenient. The fire sprinkleand RO system are good safety and health features. It’s close to Sana Model School, which is handy for errands. The main issue for me is the connectivity to the main road; you have to navigate through some smaller streets to reach the bus stop at Senneerkuppam, which can be a bit inconvenient late at night. Overall, the value for money is decent for a fit-time buyer like me in Chennai West.
