We have access to the Sardar Patel Ring Road which is nearby, very convenient for logistics related to my business. The flat sizes are good, around 600 sq.ft carpet area, which is perfect for a small family or as a rental investment. It's ready to move in, and the completion was in December 2023. The security cabin and 24x7 CCTV surveillance are good features. However, the open parking might become an issue during peak times if many residents have multiple vehicles. Also, the carpet area of 591 sq.ft for some units feels a bit compact, but manageable.
