We wanted something comfortable for my parents in Chennai Central. Hansa One Oh One seemed like a good option. The 1580 sq.ft 3 BHK flat has enough space for them. It's ready to move which is a big plus as we don't want them waiting. Location in Nungambakkam is convenient for them to access markets and hospitals like Kanchi Kamakoti CHILDS Trust Hospital which is a short distance. My father mentioned the entrance lobby looks quite grand. The only slight worry is the price point, it was at the higher end of our budget, around 2.65 Crore. However, the builder Hansa Estates has a decent reputation.

Finding a 3 BHK in a central area like Nungambakkam that's ready to move was challenging. Hansa One Oh One provided that option. I got a 1700 sq.ft flat for about 2.8 Crore. The location is fantastic, very close to DAV Girls Senior Secondary School and the AG DMS Metro Station is nearby, making my commute easier. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the fire fighting systems for safety. The terrace garden is a nice touch for relaxation. However, parking seems to be a bit of an issue here, especially if you have guests. Also, the dust from ongoing nearby developments can be noticeable sometimes, which is a bit botheome. Hansa Estates has delivered a good product though.

The construction was completed in January 2022 and it's ready to move in. I liked the idea of a terrace garden and the gymnasium for unwinding after work. Being a business owner, time is valuable, so the proximity to AG DMS Metro Station at nearby is helpful for commuting. The price was substantial, hitting 3.01 Crore for the larger unit, but the location justifies it for me. I am concerned about the traffic congestion in Chennai Central during peak hou, but it’s a common issue in prime areas. Overall, the apartment feels secure with 24x7 CCTV.

The price was about 2.65 Crore, which is reasonable for such a prime Nungambakkam location. My only reservation is the construction quality visible from the outside; it appeadecent but not exceptional. However, the overall location and convenience outweigh this minor concern for my relocation.

The size is around 1600 sq.ft, which feels spacious for me. I really like the children's play area and the Vastu compliant design. The price was around 2.7 Crore, which felt manageable for my fit home. DAV Girls Senior Secondary School being a short distance is also a plus for future plans. I haven't seen the OC received details yet, which is something I need to clarify. The builder, Hansa Estates, seems to have completed projects on time. The landscaping looks nice.
