  After yeaof renting, we decided to upgrade to our own home at Hansa Dwaraka. We chose a spacious 3 BHK unit, 1277 square feet, priced around 1.66 Crore. The location in Choolaimedu is fantastic, very close to Morning Star School, which is convenient for us. We were impressed by the quality-focused architectural design and the promise of landscaping and tree planting. The gated community aspect with 24/7 CCTV surveillance provides the security we need. However, the parking situation might be a little tight once everyone moves in, which is a minor concern. The Hansa Estates team has been responsive to our queries. We are eagerly awaiting the completion in July 2026.
