The location in Choolaimedu is fantastic, very close to Morning Star School, which is convenient for us. We were impressed by the quality-focused architectural design and the promise of landscaping and tree planting. The gated community aspect with 24/7 CCTV surveillance provides the security we need. However, the parking situation might be a little tight once everyone moves in, which is a minor concern. The Hansa Estates team has been responsive to our queries. We are eagerly awaiting the completion in July 2026.
