Narayana Hospital is nearby, which is convenient. The price was 48 Lakhs. While it's peaceful, getting to Julien Day School which is nearby sometimes takes longer than expected due to local traffic. The location in Madhyamgram is decent, close enough to Jessore Road. The gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained. My only minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houwhen trying to get to the metro station, which is nearby. But overall, for the price of 45 Lakhs for our flat, it felt like a reasonable purchase for our family needs in Kolkata. Hans Pushpak Group has a decent reputation.
