I acquired a 1 BHK unit in Hamzah Arkam Residency a few months back. The property is located in Vatva, Ahmedabad. Hamzah Developedelivered this project as ready to move by March 2017. The 1 BHK flats come with a built-up area starting from 423 square feet. I was particularly impressed with the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, making it feel greener. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential services that are functioning well. My only real issue has been the dust from nearby construction, which is quite noticeable sometimes. It's a decent place, but that dust problem needs attention from the authorities.
