It’s ready to move, so I didn't have to worry about construction delays. The price of 33.55 Lakh was within my savings. Habulus BuildeAnd Developeprovided good security with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a security guard, which is important for me. The location in Gulimangala, South Bangalore is quieter than some other parts of the city. My only concern is the traffic getting out of Gulimangala during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
