We looked at the 1 BHK, which is 580 square feet built up, and it felt adequate for our small family. The price was around 21 lakh, which fit our budget. Being ready to move was also essential. The Noida - Greater Noida Link Road is accessible, but the traffic can be heavy. One thing that concerned me was the noise from the nearby road, especially during the day. Despite this, the availability of lifts is a definite plus for managing kids and groceries. Habitech Infrastructure has provided basic amenities.

The main issue we encountered was the parking space; it felt a bit cramped when we visited, which might be challenging for residents with multiple vehicles.
