The built-up area is around 1732 Sq.ft, and the price was approximately 1.26 Crore. The location is quite central, being off CG Road and near HL Commerce College Road. The 24x7 security is reassuring. My only concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight in the photographs I saw. Otherwise, the amenities like power backup are crucial for uninterrupted living. It’s a decent investment for the future.
