I bought a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 603 square feet. The price was around 25 Lakh, which is quite reasonable for the size and location. Being ready to move in since July 2019 was a major advantage. The proximity to Maratha High School and Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, both located at nearby, makes it very convenient for daily life. The availability of closed car parking is also good. However, the building's exterior paint seems to be fading slightly, and I wish there was more information available regarding Occupancy Certificate.
