We were looking for our fit home and H B R Haritha Homes caught our eye. The location in Saroor Nagar is quite convenient, especially with L. B. Nagar Metro Station nearby, making our commutes easier. We are considering the 2 BHK which has a carpet area of 1145 Sq.ft. The price point is within our budget, around 55 Lakhs. The project by H B R Constructions And Developeis ready to move, which is perfect for us as we don't want to wait. They also have closed car parking, which is a must. The only downside is that the area gets quite busy during peak hou, so traffic can be a bit of a hassle sometimes.

Finding a home with good schools nearby was our priority. H B R Haritha Homes is close to Dilsukhnagar Public School, which is very convenient for our children. We looked at the 3 BHK apartment which offea spacious carpet area of 1888 Sq.ft. This gives us plenty of room. The project by H B R Constructions And Developeis ready to move and was completed in November 2018. The price is around 80 Lakhs, which fits our budget for a family home. We liked the idea of water conservation and rain water harvesting systems. The only slight concern is that construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be an issue.

My parents are living in South Hyderabad and I wanted to buy something close by for them. H B R Haritha Homes seemed like a good option. It is ready to move which is a big plus since I don't have much time to deal with construction delays. The 1145 Sq.ft carpet area for the 2 BHK is decent enough for two people. They have 24x7 water supply which is essential. My only worry is being so far away, I can't oveee things directly. The price range starting around 51.53 Lakh felt reasonable for the location and amenities like rain water harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. I hope the developer, H B R Constructions And Develope, maintains it well.

Being ready to move in November 2018 was ideal for my immediate needs. I am considering a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1888 Sq.ft, offering ample space. The budget of around 80-85 Lakhs is acceptable. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and sewage treatment plant are important for a comfortable living. H B R Constructions And Developehave provided a decent living space. The overall feel is good, though I haven't explored every aspect yet.

The 2 BHK apartments have a good carpet area of 1145 Sq.ft, which feels much better than our current rental. The price point between 51.53 L to 84.96 L coveboth 2 and 3 BHKs, and we found a 2 BHK that fit our budget well. It's good that the project by H B R Constructions And Developeis ready to move. They have amenities like electrical meter rooms and closed car parking. The location is generally good, but getting onto the main road can be a bit of a squeeze during peak times.
