I chose a 3 BHK flat, which is quite spacious at 1424 square feet built-up area. The price is around 98.27 Lakh, which is what we budgeted for a good quality home for them. The developer, H & M AVENUE PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED MITED ITED TED ED D, is constructing this project, H And M Samshraya Homes. They have assured us about the quality and timely delivery by February 2024. The amenities like the children's play area and clubhouse will be good for my mother. I haven't seen the site myself, but my parents liked the layout and the peaceful surroundings they described. The metro connectivity is also a bonus.
