We bought a 3 BHK apartment, around 1263 sq.ft, and it’s quite spacious for our needs. The price was around 48 Lakh. The children’s play area is a big hit with my kids. Having 24/7 water supply and power backup is essential for us. The location in Ambattur is generally good, but reaching the Ayapakkam Water Tank Bus Stop (3.6 km) can take some time during peak houdue to traffic. The overall construction quality looks good, and the Vastu compliant design was a priority for us. We are happy with the decision so far.

The price was within my budget, costing about 17 Lakh. GV Construction seems to have completed this project a while back, around 2014, and it's ready to move in. The location in Ambattur is decent, with the Chennai Anantpur highway nearby for travel. The children's play area is a nice touch for when friends visit. I have not faced any major issues so far, though the internal roads are a little narrow.
