I bought the 1176 square feet unit. The price of 1.22 Crore onwards seemed reasonable for the area and the fact that it was ready to move in since March 2015. I am looking at the rental potential. The project offegood amenities like a gymnasium and paved compound. I am hoping the property value will appreciate over the next few yeaThe proximity to the Ajni Square Metro Station, nearby, is also a positive for future tenants.
