We finally moved into Gurukul Heights Phase 1 last month. The construction seems solid, and the earthquake-resistant structure gives peace of mind. Having a gymnasium and a swimming pool within the complex is fantastic, especially at our age. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch of green. My wife enjoys the senior citizen sit-out area. The location in New Town is convenient, with Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station just under a kilometer away. We are still figuring out the best routes for errands, but overall it feels like a good place to settle down. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for us.
